Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast the pumpkin at 180°C for 45 minutes. Scoop out the flesh and puree it using an immersion blender.

In the bowl of a mixer, mix the flour with the crumbled yeast, malt, pumpkin puree, nutmeg, and water. Incorporate the olive oil and salt, then knead until you get a dough that detaches from the sides of the bowl. Add the cheese and sausage cut into cubes and knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Form a ball and let it rise until the dough has doubled in volume.
